Overview
Our Yoga Walks are the most unique way to blend in a healthy activity to your visit to NYC. We lead our guests through a historical walking tour exploring the area around the Bridge. We stop along the way to take in some of the most amazing views in all of the city and enjoy various Yoga flows and meditation exercises. No mats are needed. This tour is a non-traditional yoga experience as we focus mostly on standing poses and use Park elements (benches, walls, bridges) as props.
